Hi, I’m Kate,

A Licensed Professional Counselor & Functional Health Practitioner who works with individuals who are ready to care for their mental, physical, & spiritual health in a deeper, more holistic way.

My goal is simple: To help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate challenges you’re facing.

My approach is rooted in a proven counseling framework that looks at how your mind, body, and life experiences all work together to shape mental health. In the field, it’s called the biopsychosocial spiritual model - but for you, it simply means we don’t just treat symptoms, we address the whole person.

The Living Well Approach creates lasting balance by supporting three vital dimensions of well-being: Head, Heart, and Health.

HEAD - Your story & mind. We explore your history, experiences, and patterns of thinking so you can understand yourself more deeply and create space for new perspectives, instead of being driven by anxious thoughts.

HEART - Your body & emotions. Through somatic and mindfulness-based work, we help you reconnect with your body and emotions, building resilience and calm, rather than being overwhelmed by anxiety.

HEALTH - Your biology. We look at ways to support your energy, mood, and overall wellness though nutritional education, mineral balancing, and lifestyle adjustments to support your mental well-being.
