The Living Well Approach is rooted in Eating Psychology - an emerging field that explores not just what you eat but who you are as an eater and how your relationship with food shapes your mental and emotional health.

Within that framework I draw on two powerful and complementary lenses:

Mind Body Nutrition: An educational and psychological framework created by Marc David exploring how food nourishes the brain, supports mood, and directly affects emotional wellbeing - recognizing that what you eat is in constant conversation with how you feel.

Food Therapy: Rooted in the work of Luis Mojica discovering how specific foods affect adrenaline and nervous system regulation, and how that biological conversation either supports or disrupts your mental health recovery.

Together these two lenses - rooted in the biopsychosocial spiritual model - create a distinctive and whole person approach to mental health recovery and restoration that addresses what traditional therapy often misses.

A Licensed Professional Counselor, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner©, and Mind Body Eating Coach who works with individuals who are ready to care for their mental, physical, & spiritual health in a deeper, more holistic way.

My goal is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as we uncover how food, your nervous system, and your inner world are shaping your mental health - and use that understanding to support your recovery and restoration.
